GRANT OF LICENSE

This EULA grants LICENSEE the following rights:

LICENSEE may use this SOFTWARE.

LICENSEE may use the SOFTWARE on computer owned or leased by the LICENSEE only.

LICENSEE may not transfer the SOFTWARE from one computer to another if the SOFTWARE is already installed and registered/activated.

LICENSEE may use this SOFTWARE in compliance with all applicable laws and not for any unlawful purpose.

Use of MiniTool Power Data Recovery Free Edition within any organization or for commercial purpose is strictly prohibited.

And LICENSEE can only install/use it on home computers for free without a license key.

And LICENSEE can install/use the Trial Edition on any computer without a license key.

MiniTool Power Data Recovery must be registered with the one of the following licenses.

Personal (Monthly Subscription):It includes 1-month free upgrading service and Bootable Media Builder module.

And it does not support Windows Server OS.

Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled during the subscription period.

LICENSEE can install/register/activate/use the software on 1 computer.

And Personal (Monthly Subscription) License is for private, noncommercial, home computer use only.

Use of Personal (Monthly Subscription) License within any organization or for commercial purpose is strictly prohibited.

Personal (Annual Subscription):It includes 1-year free upgrading service and Bootable Media Builder module.

And it does not support Windows Server OS.

Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled during the subscription period.

And Personal (Yearly Subscription) License is for private, noncommercial, home computer use only.

Use of Personal (Yearly Subscription) License within any organization or for commercial purpose is strictly prohibited.

Personal Standard (Perpetual License):It includes 1-year free upgrading service and Bootable Media Builder module.

And it does not support Windows Server OS.

LICENSEE can install/register/activate/use the software on 1 computer.

And Personal Standard License is for private, noncommercial, home computer use only.

Use of Personal Standard License within any organization or for commercial purpose is strictly prohibited.

Personal Deluxe (Perpetual License):It includes lifetime free upgrading service and Bootable Media Builder module.

And it does not support Windows Server OS.

LICENSEE can install/register/activate/use the software on 1 computer.

And Personal Deluxe License is for private, noncommercial, home computer use only.

Use of Personal Deluxe License within any organization or for commercial purpose is strictly prohibited.

Personal Ultimate (Perpetual License):It includes lifetime free upgrading service and Bootable Media Builder module.

And it does not support Windows Server OS.

LICENSEE can install/register/activate/use the software on a maximum of 3 computers.

And Personal Ultimate License is for private, noncommercial, home computer use only.

Use of Personal Ultimate License within any organization or for commercial purpose is strictly prohibited.

And it does support Windows Server OS.

LICENSEE can install/register/activate/use the software on 1 computer.

Business Deluxe (Perpetual License):It includes lifetime free upgrading service and Bootable Media Builder module.

And it does support Windows Server OS.

LICENSEE can install/register/activate/use the software on 1 computer.

Business Enterprise (Perpetual License):It includes 1-year free upgrading service and Bootable Media Builder module.

And it does support Windows Server OS.

The LICENSEE is not a person but a company or organization.

LICENSEE can install/register/activate/use the software on a maximum of 99 computers at the same physical location.

Business Technician (Perpetual License):It includes 1-year free upgrading service and Bootable Media Builder module.

And it does support Windows Server OS.

LICENSEE can install/register/activate/use the software on a maximum of 299 computers.

And the LICENSEE should be a person who provides service to his clients.

And also, LICENSEE is strictly prohibited from sharing the license key with others.

LICENSEE may not transfer, sell, re-sell, offer for sale or distribute the SOFTWARE.

The sale of or distribution of copies of this SOFTWARE is strictly forbidden.

LICENSEE USES THE SOFTWARE AT HIS OWN RISK.

NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

MiniTool Software is strongly committed to protecting your privacy except as otherwise provided in this Agreement.

This statement explains the anonymous data collection process and usage practices for the Software Improvement Program of MiniTool Software.

Your user credentials are securely stored and encrypted on your box.

The MiniTool Software reserves all rights not expressly granted here.
