What is Windows Print Spooler Service?

How to turn off the Windows Print Spooler Service?
PressWin + Rto open theRundialog.
InServices, scroll down to locatePrint Spoolerand double-hit it to open its properties.

In theGeneraltab, change the Startup jot down to Disabled.
If theService statusisRunning, hitStopto disable it.
HitApplyto save the changes.

ExpandComputer Configuration>Administrative Templates>Printer.
On the right pane, locateAllow Print Spooler to accept client connectionsand double-select it to open its setting.
