PressWin + Rto open theRundialog.
InServices, scroll down to locatePrint Spoolerand double-hit it to open its properties.
In theGeneraltab, change the Startup jot down to Disabled.
If theService statusisRunning, hitStopto disable it.
HitApplyto save the changes.
PressWin + Sto evoke thesearch bar.
ExpandComputer Configuration>Administrative Templates>Printer.
On the right pane, locateAllow Print Spooler to accept client connectionsand double-select it to open its setting.
TickDisabledfrom the policy window and hitOK.
PressWin + Rto open theRunbox.
Typecmdand pressCtrl + Shift + Enterto openCommand Promptwith administrative rights.
Typenet stop spoolerand hitEnterto disable Windows Print Spooler.
If you want to enable it in the future, run this command:net start spooler.
