Event Viewer keeps track of activity for better management.
However, if the upper limit of the security log is reached, no more events can be logged.
Event ID 1104: The security log on this system is full.
When that happens, only administrators can sign in.

Step 1.
Typeevent viewerin the search bar and hitEnter.
In the right pane, right-click onPropertiesunderActions.
TickOverwrite events as needed (oldest events first)and hitOKto save the changes.
Right-press thestarticon and selectRunfrom the quick menu.
Typeservices.mscand hitEnterto open Services.
Scroll down to findWindows Event Logand right-hit it to selectRestart.
Click onApply&OKto save the changes.
Go toUpdate & Security>Windows Update>View update history.
HitUninstall updatesand right-press the recently installed update to chooseUpdate.

Typecmdin the search bar to locateCommand Promptand right-hit it to chooseRun as administrator.
In the command window, typesfc /scannowand hitEnterto start the scanning.
