You cant see it in Windows Explorer or Disk Management.
Here is how to delete it.
Typecmdin theSearchbox and selectRun as administrator.
- throw in the following commands one by one and pressEnterafter each one.
- reset your computerand see if it boots from the current system disk.
Then, checkthe status of the hidden boot partition if it says System, Active, Primary Partition.
Open Command Prompt again and jot down the following commands to deactivate the boot partition in the previous system.
One such tool is Windows Recovery Environment.
Press theWindows+Ikeys together to open theSettingsapplication.
Navigate toUpdate & Security>Recovery.
Click theRestart nowoption under theAdvanced startupsection.
Now Windows will reboot to theChoose an option blueinterface.
- you oughta clickTroubleshootin the popup window to continue.
ClickAdvanced optionsto go to the next page.
ChooseStartup Repairand wait for the process to be completed.
Insert the bootable drive into the PC that meets the failure when initializing the library system volume issue.
Boot the PC andenter its BIOS menuto set the PC to boot from the USB.
When theWindows Setupscreen appears, choose your language and keyboard.
On the next page, clickInstall Now.
