Then Windows will search for available updates.

Go toSystem > Storage > Temporary Files > Delivery Optimization Files.
- verify theDelivery Optimization Filesoption is checked.
TypeCommand Promptin theSearchbox and chooseRun as administrator.
- punch in the following command one by one and press Enter after each one.
Typecmdin the search box on the taskbar, and then right-click theCommand Promptapp and selectRun as administrator.
Typesfc /scannowcommand in the elevated command prompt.
This process may take you much time to scan, kindly wait patiently.

Check theHide All Microsoft Servicesbox.

To do this openSettings > Time & Language > Language & Region.
Then go down to the languages you have installed, nudge the three dots, then selectRemove.
This will uninstall the language and all you to reinstall it again.
