TickUse the following DNS serveraddresses and useGoogle DNSservers for faster search:

PressOKto save the changes.
For Android Phone:
Step 1.
Go toSettings>App Management.
In the app list, findNetflixand then press it.
HitStorage>Clear cache&Clear data.
For PC:
Step 1.
Launch yourGoogle Chromeand hit thethree-doticon on the top left corner of the screen.
In the drop-down menu, hitMore tools>Clear browsing data.
Choose the time range and then hitClear data.
Therefore, you are supposed to update Netflix in time.
Go toGoogle Play Storeand hit theprofileicon at the top-right corner.
Click onManage apps & gear>Update available.
Hit theUpdatebutton beside Netflix.
