Here are the steps:
Step 1:OpenTask Managerand go to theDetailstab.
Step 2:Navigate toexplorer.exeand right-click it.
ChooseEnd taskfrom the menu.

Step 3:Then go toFileand click it to chooseRun new task.
Explorer will start again, and everything should be working.
Step 2:Then go toComponent Services>Computers>My Computer.
