USB-C Bug in Windows 10 V1809 Is Causing Slow OS Shutdown

This Windows 10 USB-C bug specifically impacts October 2018 Update, version 1809.

According to a support document from Microsoft, UCSI is bugged in Windows 10 version 1809.

So, as for computer bugs, the Windows 10 shutdown delay bug is relatively benign.

Thus, if you are running a newer than version 1809, there is nothing you worry about.

Reportedly, Microsoft hasnt added this bug to the list of known issues for Windows 10 version 1809.

Instead, it has posted an FAQ on the Microsoft USB blog to outline the issue.

You should upgrade to this new version 1903.
