How to Disable Iphlpsvc
There are 3 ways for you to disable IP Helper Service.

Step 2: Go to this path:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\iphlpsvc.
Step 3: Double-click theStartkey, change itsValue datato4,and clickOKto save the change.
Step 4: cycle your setup, iphlpsvc is disabled and it wont start up with Windows.
If you want to enable this service, change the value data back to 2.
Step 2: LocateIP Helperfrom the right list and right-click it to chooseProperties.
Step 3: In the new window, click theStopbutton to disable iphlpsvc.
Step 5: Save the change.
Step 1: Run Command Prompt as administrator.
Step 2: jot down the commandREG add HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\iphlpsvc /v Start /t REG_DWORD /d 4 /fand pressEnter.
